Our Retail Store is open 7 days a week, year-round except Christmas Day. Hours of operation in the Winter 10:00 – 5:00pm, Summer 10:00am – 8:00pm. Find us at 55 Queen St, Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Our Customer Service Office and Factory is open to serve you Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm year-round except for Canadian Statutory Holidays and a much-deserved break observed between Christmas Day and New Years Day.  You can email us at any time at greaves@greavesjams.com for a response within 1 business day.
