*Free shipping to Ontario and Quebec. Flat rate shipping of $8.00 to the rest of Canada and the continental USA. Some exceptions apply.
Subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is shipping included in the subscription cost?
Yes, shipping is included for deliveries within Ontario and Quebec. Please note there may be additional shipping charges for deliveries made to remote addresses. For shipping to the rest of Canada and the USA, flat rate shipping of only $8.00 per box.
How does subscription billing work?
Our Quarterly and Annual subscription options renew when your current term has expired. For example, if you choose the Quarterly option, your subscription will renew at the next billing cycle in three months from your purchase date.
You also have the ability to choose a one-time payment for a full year subscription. If you choose this “One Full Year (one-time payment)” option, your subscription will not renew.
You can manage your subscription, billing details, and cancel renewable subscriptions at any time in your account settings.
When will I receive my first shipment?
Upon receiving your order, your shipment will go out on our next curated Subscription Spreads Box the following January, April, July and October.
Can I customize my jam subscription box?
Our subscription boxes come with pre-selected assortments to surprise and delight your taste buds and change with each seasonal box.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?
While we cannot guarantee specific dietary accommodations, our diverse selection often includes options suitable for various preferences. Check the ingredient list for details on each product.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
All subscriptions will auto renew at the end of the 4 deliveries unless you choose the “One Full Year” option. This selection will not renew your subscription once all deliveries have been completed. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I gift a subscription box to someone else?
Absolutely! Our subscription boxes make a fantastic gift and it’s super easy. During the checkout process, you can select a different shipping address option and even include a personalized message.
Can I order subscription boxes to be shipped as gifts to various addresses on the same order?
No, please create separate orders for each address. Creating an account saves your order history and information for subsequent orders.
